1 1/2 box cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs - beat in one at a time
1 tbs. vanilla
Mix ingredients above and pour into a graham cracker crust. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool and serve with your favorite topping.
