Soyhu Chicken

Soyhu Chicken
From Lisa L.

1 and 1/2 cups soy sauce,
1/2 cup water,
1 cup white sugar,
1 cup brown sugar,
diced onions,
couple of shakes of ginger powder (optional),
and sesame seeds (optional).

Whisk all ingredients together in a big pot. Add 1 family pack of chicken thighs, I like to take the skins off. Add to pot. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on medium low for 45-60 minutes. Server over sticky (calrose) rice. Enjoy!

This is the easiest meal and everyone loved it! It is also very cost effective, especially when you buy the chicken thighs on sale. :) It is a super flavorful, moist chicken. Mmmm!
